Easy Returns

If you would like to return a purchase for any reason, please reach out to us first. Email us at quark235@att.net for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Make sure to do this within 90 days following the delivery of your item.

Refund Time Frames

  • Returns actioned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
  • Please note: We cannot refund the original shipping charges, nor cover the cost of returning the item.

Received a Damaged Item?

If you’ve received an item damaged during shipping, report it to us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll work with the carrier to handle the claim and promptly send you a replacement. Contact quark235@att.net to let us know about the damage.

Handling Defective Items

Every product we sell is backed by our quality guarantee. In the rare event your item is defective:

  • Email quark235@att.net for a return and replacement through our RMA system.
  • A replacement will be arranged after we receive the original defective product for verification.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the defective item.

Defective and Unwanted

If a defective item doesn’t suit your needs and you’d prefer a refund:

  • Simply contact us at neelix54@att.net instead and request an RMA.
  • You’ll be refunded fully once we receive the item back in our hands.
  • As with all returns, the customer is responsible for sending the item back.

Warranty Information

At Safety Technology, we stand behind the quality of our products by offering a limited warranty period. For items not covered by longer manufacturer’s warranties, our standard warranty applies. This warranty promises to rectify any material or workmanship defects by repairing the product with new or refurbished parts at no cost within the United States, provided the claim is made within 90 days from the date of the original purchase.

Please note that for products such as pepper spray, which come with an expiration date, the warranty validity aligns with that date.

To utilize the warranty service, the product must be returned in its original packaging to Safety Technology for repairs. It is important to be aware that customers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when sending items back for warranty service. This limited warranty service is available exclusively to the original buyer upon presenting a valid proof of purchase. An invoice emailed to you from Safety Technology will serve as adequate proof for warranty claims.

Warranty Terms

This warranty is exclusively limited to defects in workmanship or materials that become apparent under normal usage conditions. It does not cover any damage that may occur during transport (as this is covered by a different policy) or malfunctions linked to the use of accessories not supplied by Safety Technology. It also excludes problems arising from, but not limited to, mishaps, abuse, neglect, mishandling, incorrect setup, after-market modifications, or employing the product for business activities. Additionally, the warranty will be void if repairs are conducted by parties other than Safety Technology or if the product is damaged due to forces of nature beyond our control.

Warranty Scope and Limitations

The warranties provided are the only ones offered, and no further guarantees are expressed. Safety Technology will not be held responsible for any indirect damages or losses that arise from using the product, or for any warranty breaches. Any warranties implied by law, such as the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of suitability for a specific use, are confined to the respective duration mentioned previously.

Warranty Information: State-Specific Rights

Not all states permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage. Likewise, the duration of implied warranties may not always be limited. Therefore, the limitations or exclusions described above may not be applicable to your situation. This warranty recognizes your particular legal rights; however, you might have additional rights that can differ by state.

Please note that this warranty does not cover batteries, pepper spray, and other consumable items. Should you have any inquiries about the warranty for a specific item, do not hesitate to reach out to us at quark235@att.net. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must arrive in their original packaging and all parts must be in proper working condition. Returns failing to meet these criteria may be ineligible for a refund.
